1. When making a reservation online, do you charge a fee?
   No, we do not charge a fee for making a booking. You will pay only at the time of pick-up the car.
2. Where can I pick-up the car?
   You can pick-up the car anywhere. We bring you the car to you location, your address, your hotel, at the airport…; just write us where you need the car and we will bring it there. This service is FREE OF CHARGE, for Sibiu city area.
3. Why do you charge a fee for pick-up and drop-off in other cities then Sibiu?
   As we are located in Sibiu and we do not have offices in other cities, we must bring the car to your location from Sibiu, you will pay an extra 20EURO-50EURO.
4. Can I take a car from Quattro if I do not have a reservation?
   In order to rent a car from Quattro, and you do not have a reservation, you can just came to Quattro office and rent the car you want.
5. Are unlimited mileage included in the rates?
   Yes, the rates include unlimited mileage.
6. Do the rates include VAT?
   Yes.
